IE9 compatibility

Though the beta versions of IE9 were a little troublesome, the current RC (release candidate) available for download from Microsoft seems to work just fine with the site manager. A couple of quirks persist, but are eradicated easily by enabling "Compatibility" mode from the IE9 "Pages" menu for doomby.com.
