Cancel a subscription

I mistakenly subscribed to an offer for two years, and I would like to know if it's possible to cancel it.

Hi - sorry for the late reply, but as our terms of sale state, unfortunately we can't refund an electronic service once it's activated.

If you ever have any issues with payments or your site, contact the support team directly from the site manager, under the Help menu. It means we're able to deal with issues much more quickly, and might have been able to stop the 2nd year of the service from being applied in this instance.
